A frosty summertime sipper that screams S’mores!
1 4.4oz Hershey Bar, broken into pieces
1 14oz can low fat sweetened condensed milk
2 c. water
In a small bowl, melt chocolate in the microwave at 40 second increments, stirring between
microwaving until smooth. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk. Slowly add and whisk in
water until well blended.
Pour into a shallow pan, cover and freeze until firm; about 4 hours.
1 7oz jar marshmallow creme
1 c. whipping cream
Place marshmallow creme into a medium sized bowl. With an electric mixer, slowly mix
in whipping cream, scraping down sides as needed. When well blended, place mixer on
high and whip until soft peaks form.

Graham cracker crumbs
Remove chocolate base from freezer and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Scrape with a
fork to form a slush.
Lightly dip the top outer rim of the glass with water or Karo syrup. Dip or press graham
cracker crumbs on the edge. Squeeze a decorative layer of dessert syrup on the inside
edges of the glass. Place triangle graham cracker wedge in glass, and fill almost to the
top with the chocolate base. Top with spoonfuls of marshmallow cream. Top with
toasted marshmallow and garnish with chocolate shavings.
