Tart & Cheesy Cranberry Pecan Brie Bites

Cranberry pecan brie bites should be on your holiday party menu.

This bite-sized starter is everything you could ever want in a holiday appetizer: rich gooey brie, a dollop of sweet cranberry sauce, and toasted pecans. All in one bite!

The Recipe Critic Alyssa Rivers shared her recipe for cranberry pecan brie bites.

Alyssa says this is an appetizer that wins every time. It starts with crescent roll dough (or puff pastry dough!) and is layered with all of the impactful holiday ingredients.

If pecans aren’t your thing, swap them out for almonds, walnuts, or pistachios. Garnish with rosemary and a sprinkle of crushed pecans before serving for an unforgettable presentation.

If you want to make these ahead of your holiday party, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for three to four days. Right before serving, just reheat them in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes to get the cheese gooey again.
