Valentine’s Steak Dinner

Instead of challenging the restaurant crowds, stay inside to celebrate Valentine’s day.

Stacy Springer adds some chef-approved touches to a nice steak dinner.
Bleu Cheese Butter
1 lb. Unsalted Butter
¼ C. Gorgonzola Bleu Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
Plastic Wrap

Mix all ingredients together. Form into a log on the plastic wrap, then wrap tightly. Refrigerate, slice to place on top of freshly cooked steak.
