We love the classic all white, but now we want to add color.
It was a movement that sucked us in! Many women went all-in on the all-white trend in their homes. It’s classic and smart – so it always looks fresh, but what if we are ready to add color into our space?
Joseph Ward, of Homeward Design, says you don’t have to start over to bring in new tones. Whether you’re looking at a new build or just a refresh, Joseph’s solutions to warm up the all-white home will help you add that color you might be missing.
Walls
Many spaces do great with color on the walls. It can come through paint or wallpaper. Remember that walls can be updated and changed easily without much time or investment. Look for simple places to update the color like offices, bathrooms, mudrooms, and foyers.
Cabinets
Cabinets are a great way to warm things up with something other than white. That doesn’t mean you have to go bright and bold. You can incorporate color in neutrals like greige and even wood tones.
Tile
Tile is another way to introduce color into a space. Think of adding color in a backsplash tile in the kitchen or in the tile work in bathrooms.
