Every food choice you make influences your health. Even the little 100 calorie choices. Take a look at the table below, it’s shocking how much more you can eat when you stick to fresh fruits and vegetables! Whole grains are healthy for sure, but usually a concentrated source of calories, but when eaten in small portions, even those whole grains add up to a lot more value for your calorie budget.
