Wild Oats Simple Seared Salmon

Simple Seared Salmon
1/2 c. tamari
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. agave nectar
2 Tbsp. grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. diced green onion
4 (6 oz.)salmon fillets
2 tsp. Wild Oats canola oil

Mix together first 6 ingredients in a bowl.

Add salmon

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

Heat oil in pan over medium high heat.

Pat salmon dry and sear.

Sear five minutes per side.
