Winter Fruit Salad


2 medium golden delicious apples, diced
2 red delicious apples, diced
2 cups seedless green grapes
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks, well drained
1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, well drained
1 cup frozen berries, thawed and drained
low-sugar fruit dressing
1 small container (6 oz-8 oz) berry flavored yogurt
1 container (8 ounce) cool whip, thawed
3-4 tbs. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding, dry mix


1.) Combine all the fruit, cover and chill.

2.) In 8 cup measure, mix yogurt, cool whip and enough dry instant pudding mix
until desired consistency. let stand for five minutes to thicken. if not
thick enough, add a little more vanilla pudding mix.

3. Stir dressing into fruit just before serving
