Create Olympic rings balloon arch by inflating balloons and tying balloons together in groups of like colors. Keep tying sets of balloons around other balloons to make a larger balloon cluster. Once you have a cluster of each color, weave string, ribbon, or fishing line through clusters and wrap them around balloons to secure and group together. Tie in or adhere additional balloons using glue dots to fill in gaps. Hang arch on wall using additional length of string on each end.

Hang international flag in crisscrossing patterns and in different heights along wall. Tie flags back into center point (balloon arch) to draw the eye in.

Create a flashlight torch by cutting strips of tissue paper into a flame pattern. Cut a piece of adhesive gold cardstock or paper to the desired width and a length that will wrap around the head of your flashlight with a very slight overlap. Gather strips so that they are bunched and adhere them to gold adhesive paper or cardstock. Wrap strip around head of flashlight and adhere. Turn on your flashlight and watch the flames glow!

Set out some Olympic-inspired treats.
