Chocolate Chip and Strawberries and Cream Dip
Fresh strawberries, diced
Whipped cream
Crushed meringue cookies
Belgian Dark Chocolate Wafer Thins, Trader Joe’s
In a glass serving dish, place a layer of whipped cream, meringue cookies, whipped cream, ending with strawberries. Garnish with mint or halved strawberry.
Serve immediately with chocolate wafer thins.
