Grandma’s Rainbow Jello
6 different pkg. of Jello
6 cups of boiling water
1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
2 T. cold water

Choose your favorite 6 flavors of Jello. Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor of Jello blend until Jello is well dissolved. Divide each flavor in half. To half of each flavor, add 1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt. To the other half of each flavor add 2 T. cold water. In a 9×13 glass cake pan, start with the Blackberry sour cream mixture and pour it into the glass pan. Let this layer set up in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Next, pour the Blackberry/Blueberry and water Jello mixture over the last layer, let this set up in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Repeat this process with each of the remaining 5 flavors, letting each set up in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes each. Remember creamy layer of each flavor, then clear layer of each flavor. When entire Jello is set cut into squares and serve with dollup of whipping cream on top if desired. It takes time to create, but it will be the talk of your special occasion.
