It’s a foodie thing these days: throw an egg on top of whatever you’re eating. Is it a practical shot of protein, or a pretty shot of bright color?

Poached Eggs in the Oven


Fill muffin tins with 1-2 TB of water



Drop egg in



Bake for 9-10 minutes at 350 degrees
Hard Boiled Eggs in the Oven


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.



Put 1 egg in each of 12 muffin cups.



Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.



Plunge baked eggs in a large bowl filled with ice water until cooled completely, about 10 minutes.
Poached Eggs in the Microwave


Crack two eggs in 2 cups of water and cover with a paper towel.
1 min 45 seconds for runny eggs and 2 min 15 seconds for soft boiled.
