A Chorus Line

Patti D’Beck was in the original dance company and now is the choreographer of the Pioneer Theatre Company’s version of the show.

• A Chorus Line first debuted on Broadway in 1975, winning nine Tony Awards, and in 1976, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

• Was the longest running Broadway show at the time, and today holds the record as the fourth longest running show ever.

• The first time PTC produced A Chorus Line (1986) it was considered controversial and many people walked out during the signature number “Dance 10; Looks 3” (original title: “Tits and Ass”)
