2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 rack of baby back ribs or 1 rack of pork ribs, skinned
Mix together the first 6 ingredients and brush on the ribs. Cook in a 250 degree oven for one hour. Cool and refrigerate.
To barbecue:
Place the ribs on the barbecue and brush with Barbecue Sauce. Cook, turn, and baste for 15 minutes, or until done.
Barbecue Sauce:
1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
1/4 cup of fresh pineapple, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
pinch of chili powder
Mix all ingredients together.
