none. Every Saturday and Sunday morning the chefs prepare some of the
most decadent breakfast items you can imagine. Two of their specialties are
White Chocolate Raspberry French Toast and Eggs Oscar. BRIO is sharing

items they serve Saturday and Sunday mornings. The first, White Chocolate
Raspberry French Toast, involves brioche stuffed with raspberry cream
cheese, sauteed until golden brown and complete with a topping of white
chocolate drizzle, raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries. The second recipe
is for the Eggs Oscar, including two poached eggs, a crab and shrimp cake,
potatoes, peperonata, grilled asparagus, artichokes, spinach and lemon
butter. This delicious combination is finished with housemade Hollandaise.”
