Eat These Blueberry Pastry Bites for Breakfast or Dessert

Blueberry Danish Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack of Puff Pastry

  • 1 Can Blueberry Pie Filling

  • 1 Pack of Fresh Blueberries

  • 1 Pack Cream Cheese – softened

  • ½ c. Sugar

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste or Vanilla Extract

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Spray pans with pan spray.

  3. Using the pizza wheel, cut puff pastry dough into 5 strips, then cut 5 lines the other direction to get squares.

  4. Press each puff pastry square into each mini muffin space.

  5. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mix until fully combined.

  6. Add ½ tsp of the cream cheese mixture to each puff pastry cup.

  7. Add 1 tsp blueberry pie filling to each cup.

  8. Add 3 fresh blueberries to each of the puff pastry cups.

  9. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
