Blueberry Danish Bites
INGREDIENTS

1 Pack of Puff Pastry

1 Can Blueberry Pie Filling

1 Pack of Fresh Blueberries

1 Pack Cream Cheese – softened

½ c. Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste or Vanilla Extract
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Spray pans with pan spray.

Using the pizza wheel, cut puff pastry dough into 5 strips, then cut 5 lines the other direction to get squares.

Press each puff pastry square into each mini muffin space.

Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mix until fully combined.

Add ½ tsp of the cream cheese mixture to each puff pastry cup.

Add 1 tsp blueberry pie filling to each cup.

Add 3 fresh blueberries to each of the puff pastry cups.

Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
