Brazillian Barbeque Steak and Limeade


2 pounds of Tri-tip
Rock Salt
Mesquite Charcoal


we sprinkle the rock salt on both sides of the meat and tap it to take the
excess salt off. Then you put it on the grill and wait til it gets to the
point you like: rare, medium well, or well done.

Brazilian Limeade
16 ounces of cold water
2 limes with peel
2 tablespoons of sweet condensed milk
ice
and sugar to the taste


Mix all in blender and drain it.
