Breakfast Pizza
1 dz. frozen Lion House Roll dough, thawed
1 lb pork sausage, cooked & drained
2 med potatoes, can use frozen hash browns
1 c Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs
½ c milk
½ t salt
½ c chopped green pepper*, Optional
½ c chopped onion, Optional
Unroll each roll. Place on well greased 18 x 13 inch pan next to each other, slightly pinching edges of rolls together.
Then flatten dough with hands to fill the pan completely with dough, making sure that there are no holes.
Sprinkle pork sausage (cooked and drained).
Add potatoes (if using frozen hash browns, grate the 2 potatoes).
Add chopped green pepper and onion (optional).
Cover top with grated cheese.
Blend well, eggs, milk and salt and pour over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 12. Great with salsa.
*Red and Yellow peppers can also be used to add some color.
