What should a bride consider when choosing her wedding gown?

Three things are very important: what is the image you have of your wedding look? First, have a mental picture of your ideal look. Check out magazines, websites, other peoples’ weddings to get ideas.

Next, find a dress that flatters your figure. No matter what style you look for, there’s probably a dress that you’ll love with the image you have in mind with a dress that can fit that image.

Finally, consider your budget. It’s important not to go overboard in selecting your dress, but you still want the very best your budget can afford. Allyses’ Bridal can help with any bride’s request.

There are three basic styles or “cuts” that brides can select for wedding gowns.

Allyses’ Bridal has special cuts of bridal gowns for every taste.

Cut #1 is the Sheath Cut. This is a form fitted dress that accentuates curves.

Cut #2 is the Traditional Cut. This is a dress that is form fitted on the top. The top part of the dress is sewn to the bottom with full-flowing skirts completing the look. Many times, this is the dress that many brides use with a train (although trains are acceptable for all three cuts)

Cut #3 is the Princess or A-Line style. This is similar to the traditional only the top extends to the bottom in an A-line. The top is form-fitting and no seams exist at the waist.
