Broiled Hawaiian Opah with Wasabi Plum Glaze

2 6-8 ounce opah filets

Broil 3 minutes, then turn the filets a quarter turn and broil 3 more minutes.
Turn the filets over and cook for 4 minutes.
(This cooking time should be increased for filets over one-inch in thickness.)
Glaze:
10 ounces of plum sauce
4 ounces sweet-and-sour mix
1 once soy sauce
2 teaspoons wasabi powder
1 small bunch cilantro, stemmed and finely chopped

In a mixing bow, combine the wasabi powder and the sweet-and-sour mix.
Stir until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
Refrigerate until serving time.

Serving:

Place the filets on serving plates and top with the wasabi plum glaze.
Serve with season fresh vegetables and rice.
