Brownie Batter Pancakes

Brownie Batter Pancakes with Raspberry Butter
1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs


1.Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or to 375°F. Grease lightly with a non-stick cooking spray.


2.In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth (I also added the fudge packet that came with my brownie mix). Pour 1/4 at a time onto the hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry.


Flip and cook other side.

Whipped Raspberry Butter
1/2 cup softened butter
1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp vanilla


Combine ingredients in a small bowl and whip with hand mixer till blended and smooth.


Serve over pancakes!
