1 lb. pinto beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey or pork
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. MSG
1/2 large bottle salsa
1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. chedder cheese, grated
2 cans diced chillies
Soak beans obernight; drain; cook beans next morning in 4 quarts fresh water. Salt to taste. Mash well. Brown meats with onion, taco seasoning, and MSG. Drain. Add chillies and salsa; stir into beans. Stir in grated cheeses; mix well. Spoon onto flour tortillas and fold. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake fresh or freeze.
Bake fresh at 350 for 20 min.
Microwave fresh 45 seconds on high.
Bake if frozen at 350 for 45 min.
Microwave if frozen 2-3 min. on high.
