Burt Brothers “Teacher Who Does It Better”
Recently, a fire drill at a Kaysville school turned into much more for one 3rd grade teacher!
Wendel and Ron Burt, of Burt Brothers Tires, introduce us to the 2011 “Teacher Who Does It Better,” Pauline Purser.
In May, Windridge Elementary school helped KSL and Burt Brothers surprise Pauline Purser with our award for outstanding teachers.
The prize? A new car and a thousand dollars to use for classroom supplies. Mrs. Purser’s principal nominated her, in part, because she values different world cultures and brings them into her social studies lessons.
