Camp Chef Veggie Medily


3 Bell Peppers sliced (your choice of colors)
1 large yellow onion sliced
2 cups of zucchini chunked
2 cups yellow squash chunked
4 cups broccoli
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Real Salt’s Garlic salt
1 heaping tbsp fresh lemon rind grated

After following the directions above for prepping your veggies. Heat the
Camp Chef Lumberjack skillet over a Camp Chef all purpose burner on low
heat. Add olive oil, peppers, onions and saute while stirring for five
minutes. Add chunks of squash, and the Garlic salt and Lemon rind
continue to stir on and off for 5 minutes. Add Broccoli and cover for
five minutes stirring once during that time.

If you desire softer veggies add a cup of water when you add the
broccoli and add 5 minutes of covered cooking time.

Feeds 10-14 as a side dish
