1 lb. Artichoke gnocchi
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. herbes de Provence
freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
Prepare gnocchi as per instructions, meanwhile melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic and sauté until the garlic gives off it’s aroma, remove and discard. Add herbes de Provence, stir well and add gnocchi. Stir gnocchi over medium heat until they just start to turn golden. Turn onto a platter and sprinkle with Gruyere cheese.
