Caputo’s Crab Manicotti

4 oz crab meat
8oz ricotta cheese (whole Milk)
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 t fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic
4 fresh or frozen lasagna sheets

2 6 oz cans of diced Strianese tomatoes
1 t fresh oregano chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut lasagna sheets into four pieces. Place mixture on top of sheet and roll. Place half the sauce into a baking dish, putting manicotti on top of sauce layer. Cover the manicotti completely with the rest of the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. Serve with fresh lemon.
