Caputo’s Crescent Roll-ups


1 pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls
1/4 lb. mozzarella chesse, shredded
1/4 lb. provolone cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. parmesan cheese, grated
12 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. Brie, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 lb. pecorino cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a pie pan. Place crescent rolls in a circular pattern with wide end towards inside of pie pan. Drape the pointed end of the crescent off the dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, tomatoes, sausage and brie. Fold ends back over roll towards center of pan and tuck under wide end of roll. Sprinkle all with grated Pecorino, place in oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
