Is your child a bragger? Here are 5 ways to teach them to respect other’s traditions

A few lessons will keep your child from being a bragger.

Kids love to talk to their friends. They tell them all about what the Elf on the Shelf brought them, or what they did on vacation. These things can make other kids feel bad sometimes. Teaching kids to respect how others celebrate and have fun will help them not be so much of a bragger.

Studio 5 Parenting Contributor Heather Johnson shares the five things to teach kids, and a few of them start with your own example and mindset. We teach our kids about sharing, and it’s important to reinforce that lesson in this context too.
