Chinese Roasted Pork

Chinese Roasted Pork
2 lb pork loin roast
1 cup SEAL SAMA Teriyaki sauce
1 cup cola soda


Slice pork roast lengthwise into one inch thick slices. (the whole length of the roast). Place in a large gallon size plastic bag. Add SEAL SAMA teriyaki sauce and soda. Close bag and marinate pork for at least three hours. Overnight is best.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a cooking rack inside of sheet pan. Remove pork from marinade, and place on rack. Cook for 15 minutes, turn pork over, and cook for another 15 minutes. Turn heat down to 300 degrees, cover pork loosely with aluminum foil and roast for another 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool, then refrigerate.

Roasted Pork can be sliced and used for many delicious dishes throughout the Chinese New Year Celebration!

Sliced roasted pork is also a great way to dress up ramen noodles.
Long Life Yakisoba Noodles
1 cup thinly sliced onion
2 cups thinly sliced cabbage
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 pkgs fresh yakisoba noodles (found in the vegetable section)
2 Tbl olive oil
½ lb roasted pork (16 slices)
2 green onions, thinly sliced


Heat oil in wok on medium high heat. Add onion, cabbage, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are clear. Add Fresh noodles, sauce package, and 1 cup of water. Stir then cover and simmer 5 more minutes until noodles have absorbed water. Add thinly sliced roasted pork, stir and serve. Top with sliced green onions.

Slice roasted pork into thin slices, and server with Chinese hot mustard and soy sauce.

Chinese hot mustard is found in the Asian aisle, and is in powder form.. Mix 2 tablespoons mustard powder with 1 tablespoon cold water. Stir until smooth paste. Place small amount of mustard paste in a small dish, and add soy sauce. Dip sliced pork, and ENJOY!
