1 ¾ cups butter
1 ¾ cups brown sugar
1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
5 ½ Tbsp. Water
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
6 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
3 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, water and vanilla and mix until creamy. Mix together the flour salt and soda; add to the butter mixture. Mix well. Gently fold in chocolate chips (semi sweet or milk), mixing only until ships are evenly distributed.
