Nettie Frank shares how she used oranges and whipping cream for a sweet holiday treat you can whip up in a snap. She shares how to pair these scones with a homemade marmalade, and a glaze to top it all off.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Zest 1 orange
- 3 cups flour
- 2 T. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
Hand mix until it becomes a dough ball. Don’t over mix it!!
Roll out into 1/2 inch thickness, cut into triangles and bake at 375 for 20 min.
- Juice the orange
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Whisk it together and drizzle on top!
