Cinnamon Grilled Pound Cake with Fresh Peaches and Brown Sugar Ice Cream

Brown Sugar Ice Cream
1 cup chilled whole milk
1 cup chilled cream
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Turbinado Raw Sugar
1 tsp vanilla

In a medium sized bowl whisk together cream, sour cream, brown sugar, turbinado sugar, and vanilla. Stir in milk. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Makes 1 1/2 quarts
Cinnamon Grilled Pound Cake and Fresh Peaches
1 loaf Vanilla pound cake sliced into 1/2 inch slices
2-3 tbsp melted butter
Cinnamon and sugar
3-4 peaches, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced

Heat grill to medium low heat. Brush open side of pound cake lightly with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and place on grill. Cook until lightly toasted.

To assemble:

Place grilled pound cake on individual serving plates.
Arrange sliced peaches over the top, and finish with a scoop of ice cream.

Serve immediately.
