Cinnamon Roll Apple Crisp
9 Rhodes Anytime!™ Cinnamon Rolls
21 oz can apple pie filling
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup quick oats
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
Place cinnamon rolls in 3 rows of 3 in a sprayed 9×13-inch baking pan. Pour and spread pie filling to evenly cover rolls. In a bowl, combine sugar, oats, pecans, flour and butter. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle over the apple pie filling and rolls. Bake at 350°F 50-60 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are baked through.
Caramel Apple Pie
12 Rhodes™ Cinnamon Rolls or 12 Rhodes Anytime!™ Cinnamon Rolls thawed, but still cold
1 large granny smith apple, peeled and diced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 packet cream cheese frosting (included with cinnamon rolls)
3 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
Cut each roll into four pieces and arrange in a sprayed 12-inch deep dish pizza pan. Cover loosely with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 2 hours in a warm place (if using Anytime rolls they do not need to rise). In a small bowl combine apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, crumbs and pecans. Remove wrap and sprinkle apple mixture over the risen dough. Bake at 350° 20-25 minutes or until well browned. Combine one packet of cream cheese frosting with the caramel topping. Drizzle over top of pie.
Apple Cranberry Tart
6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls or 9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed and risen
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
2 golden delicious apples
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
Press rolls into a ball. Roll dough into a 14-inch circle and place in a sprayed 12-inch deep dish pizza pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and lemon peel. Core and peel apples: slice thin. Arrange apple slices on dough in concentric design. Sprinkle with cranberries. Mix together butter, 1/2 cup sugar, flour and vanilla. Heat the mixture slightly to thin, then pour over apples and cranberries. Bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes. Remove tart from pan immediately.
