4 each small clams
4 each mussels
4 each scallops
4 each 16-20 raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
¼ cup calamari
4 each crab legs, cut in 3 inch pieces
1 4-ounce Maine lobster tail, cut in half
Tomato Sauce Ingredients:
½ cup white wine
½ cup red wine
½ cup water
1 small green pepper, seeded, ribs removed, and sliced
1 small white or yellow onion, sliced
1 small (6 ounce) can V-8 juice
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ tablespoon fennel seed, or 1 fennel bulb, sliced
1 small Roma tomato, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon dry oregano
Combine all of the tomato sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
Add all of the seafood except the calamari and cook for 4 to 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Add calamari and cook for 1 to 2 more minutes. Serve with sourdough bread. Serves two.
