The time to plant cover crops is now!

If you have troublesome clay, sandy, or loam-y Utah soil, fall is the time to do something about it. We’re not talking expensive soil enhancers. Instead, you might try to grow a cover crop. It’s an opportunity to add healthy, organic elements to your dirt, and you can do it now as you are pulling up your vegetable garden.
