Creamy Tomato Seafood Linguine


1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup marinara sauce
1/4 pound 26-30 shrimp, raw, tail-on
1/4 pound 20-30 scallops, raw
1/4pound fresh Dungeness crab meat
4 cups cooked linguine pasta
1 tablespoon butter, salted
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste


In a heavy sauté pan over medium heat, add the better and cook for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp, scallops and salt and pepper and cook for two more minutes. Turn seafood, add cream and cook for an additional two minutes. Add the marinara sauce and cook for one minute. Add the pasta and crab and cook for a final minute. Add parsley and divide pasta evenly onto two plates. Serve immediately.
