Creative Porch Numbering

Studio 5 contributor, Kristine McKay shows us how to give your front porch that wow factor.

Porch Wreath Holder

Spruce up you front door by creating a Porch Wreath holder. First, create the stand by using a pre-cut wood circle and a 6 ft raw closet rod (both available at Lowes). Second, take an old stair rail finial to create the topper. The total cost for the project is between $20-$30.

Iron Tile Plate

To get creative porch number create an iron tile plate; you can purchase scroll at Rod Works for around $10. Next, purchase tiles (available at Home Depot) and attach them to the scroll with Gorilla Glue. You can use vinyl lettering or stencils for the numbers.

Iron Picture Frame

This iron picture frame can be found at Rod Works. Simply place your address in each of the windows. If you do not have a covered porch you can carefully cut wood to fit in the frames, use stenciling and epoxy.
