Dress Up Everyday Side Dishes

Take simply-cooked, average, everyday vegetables and dress them with seasonings you already have in the cupboard.

Cauliflower
8-10 cups of Cauliflower
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced


Spread the cauliflower, onion, and garlic cloves on a cookie sheet. Pour sauce over cauliflower and onions. Mix until combined. Bake for 15 minutes or so at 450 degrees. Add Shredded coconut and bake for a few more minutes.
Cauliflower Sauce
3/4 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 C. Red Wine Vinegar
1 TB. Cumin
3 tsp. Curry Powder
1 tsp. Paprika
Salt and Pepper

Mix ingredients together then pour on Cauliflower and onions.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic
Shallots
Seasoned (Salt or Garlic Salt)
Pepper
(Or Lemon)

Green Beans
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Sesame Seeds

Butternut Squash
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Brown Sugar
Maple Syrup
Cinnamon
Cayenne
Salt
