Dungeness Angel Hair Pomodoro

2 ounces extra virgin olive oil
1 ounce garlic, chopped
5 ounces Roma tomatoes, diced
3 ounces Dungerness crab meat
1/2 ounces basil chiffonade
salt and pepper to taste
6 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked
1 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated

Heat the oil in a saute pan, add the garlic and cook for 10 seconds. Add the tomatoes, crab, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Saute until hot. Pour over hot pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
