Dinner or appetizer, this recipe is a crowd pleaser. Filled with crispy bacon, melty cheddar cheese, and everyone’s favorite ranch dressing, the serving platter will be empty before you know it! When the base is pre-made dough, it’s easy to make enough for the masses.

Bacon Cheddar Ranch Swirls
- 8 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature
- 4 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 ounces butter, melted
Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into an 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Spread ranch dressing evenly over dough. Then sprinkle bacon, cheese and green onions over ranch dressing.
Roll up jelly-roll style starting with the long side. Seal edge roll by wiping with water. Cut into 16 pieces and place cut side down on a large sprayed baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
