Easy Blender Hummus

Delicious hummus that will have you craving everyday.
Homemade Hummus
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, quartered
1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
15 oz can chickpeas, drained and ⅓ cup liquid reserved


Add ingredients, including chickpea liquid, to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Dips” or blend on Medium Low (speed 3 or 4) for 30 seconds.
Smoky Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus
15 oz can sun-dried tomatoes
¼ tsp paprika

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1 cup roasted red peppers
½ tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Decrease chickpea liquid from 1/3 cup to 3-4 tbsp

Lime Cilantro Hummus
Replace lemon juice with lime juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 cup cilantro leaves, loosely packed

Black Bean Hummus
Replace chickpeas with black beans, drain and reserve 1 tbsp
Replace lemon juice with lime juice
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp paprika

White Bean Hummus
Replace chickpeas with white beans, drain
½ tsp ground cumin
