Easy Strawberry Pie
1 nine-inch pie crust (baked, graham cracker, shortbread, whatever your pleasure)
2-3 (or more) cups of cleaned, hulled fresh strawberries
l 3-oz package of strawberry Jell-o
l cup sugar
4 TBS cornstarch
2 cups boiling water
In a saucepan, mix dry ingredients and add boiling water. Cook until thick. Pour the glaze over berries and stir until coated.
Pour into pie shell. Let sit for at least two hours or more in fridge. Serve as is or with dollops of whipped cream. When people
rave about how good this pie is, please feel free to tell them that Jell-o is the secret ingredient.
