Ditch the mayo and gussy up your plain sandwiches with an easy-to-make Aioli.
Chef Nettie Frank shows us how to whip up this savory balsamic sauce that compliments just about anything.
Aioli
1 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Balsalmic Vinegar
1 green onion – diced
1 sprig of Rosemary – chopped
5 sprigs of Thyme – chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Add 1/4 of olive oil to turn into a dressing for salad.
