Easy Turkey Soup

2 Tbl olive oil
1 yellow onions, chopped
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 garlic cloves minced
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup whole milk
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
parsley flakes

1. Heat oil in soup pot. Sauté onions, celery and carrots 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute more.

2. Add chicken broth, potatoes and milk.

3. Simmer approximately 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with sour cream and parsley flakes to garnish
