Fancy Thanksgiving Recipes

Everyone expects rolls and mashed potatoes at
Thanksgiving. But this year, pump up the
traditional recipes.



Natalie Dalpias with The Creative Mom shares
her favorite recipes for Thanksgiving mashed
potatoes and rolls.
Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes
5 pounds potatoes
1/4 pound butter
8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup milk or cream
2-3 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper


Peel and cut potatoes into one-inch cubes. Boil for about 20
minutes or until tender. Co,bine with butter, cream cheese,
milk, seasoning salt, and pepper in stand mixer. Mix in stand
mixer or with potato masher until potatoes reach desired
consistency. Do not over mix.
Parmesan Garlic Rolls
12 frozen rhodes GOURMET rolls
1/2 cube melted butter (melted, not softened)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


Melt butter, mix together with garlic powder, italian
seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Dip rolls in butter mixture.
Place on greased cookie sheet (20 per sheet). Spray plastic
wrap with non-stick spray and cover rolls. Let rise for 4
hours. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
