Materials needed:
Wax Paper
Parchment Paper
Circle Cuter
Iron
Sewing Machine
Frame (I used an old lamp shade, with the shade torn off + turned upside down)
Directions:
Tear off 2 ft pieces of wax paper
Iron 3 pieces together
Accordion the paper + punch holes
Sew holes together
Drape over the frame
Hang + enjoy!
