A free printable makes haunted house decor easy! 4 ways to stage this Halloween motif

These are some fun ways to set up a haunted house scene!

Make a centerpiece or deck out your mantle with happy haunted houses that are cuter than they are scary!

Michelle Inkley shared her take on haunted houses that you can DIY to bring smiles instead of screams.

Michelle is sharing a printable that you can trace on black paper and cut out for a silhouette haunted house that can make an easy display item. Find it at theglitzypear.com

Transform the paper mache houses to create your own Halloween village. Simple paint or added embellishments can elevate the base house to your personal design and style.

With a wooden base blank house from the dollar store, you can add scrapbook paper and stickers to dress up and display. This is a fun project to do with your kids and let them create the house in their own way. Trim the edges with fibers and yarn to give it a nice, finished look.

Finish off a display by adding cages and cloches over the houses to add visual interest.

If you don’t want to DIY, Michelle recommended purchasing a great black-based display of premade haunted houses from Twelve Timbers.
