Fresh Tomato Salsa For Pasta

4 medium tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 medium red onions, chopped
1 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
juice from one fresh lime
Mrs. Dash or Cavander’s seasoning
extra virgin olive oil
crushed hot chiles (optional)
1/2 cup grated cheese

In a large skillet, heat oil, add onions, garlic and tomatoes, and saute over
medium high heat. When mixture in skillet begins to boil, add parsley,
cilantro, Mrs. Dash (to taste) and lime juice. Continue to saute until
moderately thick, approximately ten minutes, stirring frequently. Pour sauce
mixture over cooked and drained pasta adn garnish with grated cheese.
