Girls on the Run 5K

Any one welcome, moms, dads, kids, friends, anyone who can run or walk three miles! It’s for a great cause. Girls on the Run is an organization that educates and prepares girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living through a program that includes running and will culminate in this 5K race.
Utah Food Bank

Deliver and/or decorate food boxes for homebound seniors.
Assisted Living Facility or Rest Home
Make cards or drawings for the elderly. You could even bring some decorations to put on doors or walls.
