Instructions:
1. Use paper blossoms and ribbon to decorate utensils/
2. Create party favors by wrapping a piece of decorative paper around gifts (i.e. crayons, candy bars, water bottles, etc.)
3. Create invitation by decorating one flip-flip with paper blossoms. Give guests the other flip flop when they come to the party.
4. To create necklace, cut 2″ pieces of colorful plastic straws. Thread straws and paper blossoms on a piece of yarn or string. Tie ribbon around necklace.
