Glazed Lemon Biscuits
2 cans large biscuit dough
1/3 cup sugar
zest from one lemon
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4-5 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Spray 9X13″ pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut each biscuit into fourths. Place in pan in a single layer but touching. Combine sugar and lemon peel. Sprinkle over all and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and frost biscuits while warm and serve.
